Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA )
- Applicants must be a Cadet Senior Airman with encampment credit or a Cadet Staff Sergeant or higher to enroll.

Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA)
- Applicants must be a Cadet Technical Sergeant with NCOA credit or a Cadet Master Sergeant or higher to enroll.

Lt Col James D. Peace, Lt Col, CAP
12502 Arnette Park Lane
Humble, TX 77346

Please make checks payable to "Texas Wing Cadet Programs"

Applications are due no later than March 10, 2012.

Applications must be complete with the safety letter box checked and signed by the unit commander.  Be sure to include payment!  A valid email address is REQUIRED!  There is a limited number of slots in each course (NCOA having the most / CCSC the least).  Acceptance is on a first come, first serve basis.

Cadets will be sent assignments that must be completed prior to arrival.  A packing list will be provided.

The following information must be included on the TXWGF31A:

- Under "Activity Applying For", include the name of the course you plan on attending.  Write NCOA, SNCOA, OTS, CCSC, RCLS OTS, or RCLS CCSC.
- For cadets under 18, a parent signature is required!
- CURRENT CAP grade needs to be included (not what you hope to be)
- Squadron Commander signature

Please note the grade requirements for each of the courses.  There will be no exceptions!

Cadets attending the OTS and CCSC schools can earn credit for part 1 or 2 of the Southwest Region Region Cadet Leadership School respectively under the following terms:
- CCSC attendees should have graduated OTS within the past 16 months
- Cadets must graduate from the course with an 80% or higher
- Cadets who are not eligible for the RCLS credit may still attend the schools, but must consent to being taught and held to the same standards
- Cadets who have not completed OTS will still be able to graduate from CCSC.  However, these cadets will not receive RCLS credit.  For example, a C/Col attending CCSC without OTS credit would receive CCSC credit only and not RCLS credit.

Please direct all questions to the Cadet Commandant at addocap@yahoo.com

We look forward to seeing you at the 2012 Texas Wing Spring CTEP.
