Failure to comply with ALL instructions may disqualify a team.

 Official Notification:  Competition to be held on 17 - 19 Feb. 2012 at Camp Swift, Bastrop, TX.

Please submit notification of "Intent to Compete" by:    1 February 2012

Team rosters received after midnight 1 February 2012 will not be accepted under any conditions. Whatever means of notification is used whether it is by e-mail, fax, or delivery service must be in my possession by this time and date.

Cell Phone:  214-766-1212 (For emergency purposes only. No questions will be answered by phone. All questions are to be submitted by e-mail only. The question and answer will be distributed to all team contacts.)

Mailing address will be provided upon request. 

Additional information will be forthcoming.  After 1 February 2012, the only official method of communication will be through a special e-mail group set up for this competition and only selected official support participants and those e-mail addresses submitted on the "Notification to Compete" and the "Official Team Roster" will be included.
