Please make sure that you complete all the
steps listed below in the application process. Failure to complete
the steps given or failure to meet a deadline may mean you not getting
to attend CTEP.
APPLICATION PROCESS STEP
1
TXWG Form 31A should be submitted no later than
1 Nov 2008.
The following information must be included on the 31A:
Under "ACTIVITY APPLYING FOR" put
NCOA, SNCOA, OTS, CCSC or STEP/TLC.
(The minimum
grade for NCOA is C/SrA, there are no exceptions)
Seniors may apply for STAFF or STEP
(Senior Training & Education Program)
A parents' or legal guardians'
signature must be included on the release section of the form and
requested on the photographic release section.
Squadron commanders should verify
the school the cadet is asking to attend. For detailed
information, click here.
Be sure to include your CURRENT CAP
grade (not the grade you think you will be in two months).

2 You must mail your TXWGF31A and the $45.00 (Check payable to
Texas Wing Cadet Programs) activity charge (cadets
and seniors) to Maj Phyllis Sutton at the address below:
