2007 Texas Wing Cadet Competition

Failure to comply with ALL instructions may disqualify team. 

Official Notification:  Competition to be held on Feb. 16, 17, & 18 at Camp Mabry, Austin, TX.

 Please submit notification of “Intent to Compete” by:    Jan. 5th, 2007

This notification should include:
                        Squadron name and unit number
                        Senior representative with e-mail address and phone number
                        Type(s) of team (Drill or Color Guard)

Please submit official team rosters by:    Jan. 31, 2007

            This notification should include:
                        Squadron name and unit number (Include special team name if appropriate)
                        Senior representative with e-mail address and phone number
                        Team Commander’s name(s) with e-mail address and phone number
                        Team Escort’s names with e-mails and phone numbers
                        All team member names with CAP ID number (Identify as male or female)

Team rosters received after midnight Jan. 31, 2006 will not be accepted under any conditions. Whatever means of notification is used whether it is by e-mail, fax, or delivery service must be in my possession by this time and date.

My business e-mail will be used strictly for the purposes of the competition. Please do not include me on any other e-mails for any other purposes.

 Additional information will be forthcoming.  After Jan. 31st, 2007, the only official method of communication will be through a special e-mail group set up for this competition and only selected official support participants and those e-mail addresses submitted on the “Notification to Compete” and the “Official Team Roster” will be included.
