SNCOA is for cadets C/SMSgt - C/CMSgt
(C/TSgt and above with NCOA credit). It is the fourth level in the CTEP
Progression Plan. This school is designed to enhance skills, learned
from previous schools, and introduce skills of counseling, time
management, conflict management, etc.
ls that a Senior NCO would need to
perform in other special activities in Civil Air Patrol and in the
world. SNCOA is also the final school for the cadet enlisted grades.
This school reinforces material covered in Phase II of the Cadet
Program, Achievements 7-8 and the Mitchell Award, as referenced from
Leadership: 2000 and Beyond, Volume I.
