This is the newest addition to the CTEP
Leadership School program. STEP, Senior Training & Education
Program, is conducted during a regular CTEP Leadership School. The
STEP program, however, is not for cadets but senior members.
STEP provides detailed training and
education about the cadet program both for the new cadet programs
officer to the seasoned and well experienced member.
The number of seats available at each
hosting of this school is strictly limited so application should be made
at first opportunity.
