The Southwest Region Cadet Leadership School (RCLS) is designed to provide rising cadets with leadership training, managerial skills, a deeper understanding of all aspects of the cadet program and preparation to take their place as contributing members of our society.   Lessons include: Event Planning, Leadership Styles, Effective Communication, Goal Setting, Time Management, Team Building, Conflict Management, Situational Leadership

This activity is open to cadets who are at least 14 years old, Cadet Master Sergeant or higher and have completed an encampment.  

Date: 12 through 20 July, 2008

Location:  Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX

Cost, payment due with application:    Cadets $120.00
                                                        Staff $80.00
