Groups will be hosting TLC's throughout the year and will be posted here as well on Wing calendar.
Training Leaders of Cadets is the premier venue for Cadet Programs Officers to learn how to become better mentors of cadets and more effective managers of cadet squadrons. This is part one of a 3-course program and is a component of the Cadet Programs Officer Specialty Track. Most of all, TLC is a great venue for sharing best practices and seeing how other squadrons cope with the challenges of leading cadets!
Eligibility:
Open to Senior Members who have completed Level I, no cadets
Student Preparation:
Before attending, please invest about 45 minutes by reviewing the online modules in eServices>Online Learning>Training Leaders of Cadets. for sections 1.2, Cadet Advancement and 3.1 Great Start. The link to the online modules is posted below, under Classes.
